Product FAQ's

  1. Where do you ship to?  At this time, we only ship within Canada.
  2. What currency are the prices in?  The prices are all listed in Canadian Currency.
  3. What are the shipping charges?  All orders over $300 ship free.  All other orders are shipped via Canada Post standard delivery for a flat fee of $14.85.  Should you require faster delivery, there is an option for Express delivery for an additional charge.  Please reach out to us at judy@wrappinghappy.ca if you have any questions regarding shipping.
  4. Can I buy in bulk?  Absolutely, please reach out to us for a specific quote, as quantity discounts may apply.
  5. Can I return my order?  Due to the nature of the product, we have an all sales final policy, however, we always would like to have the opportunity to make it right for our customers, so if you have any questions or issues with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our best to find a solution.

Wrapping FAQ's

  1. What do you wrap?  We wrap gifts for any occasion.  We wrap corporate gifts, individual gifts, event gifts, party favours and more.  
  2. Where do you wrap?  We typically wrap from our location in Northwest Mississauga (near Britannia & Ninth Line), however for larger orders, we also offer on-site wrapping.  Please reach us here for a quote.
  3. What is the turnaround time?  Typically, for individuals, we require at minimum 24 hours to ensure we can give your gift the best treatment.  However, if you need something more quickly, please let us know and we can make the appropriate arrangements.  During our peak seasons, we will require more notice.  For larger orders, please reach out to us to discuss your needs and timing.
  4. Do I need an appointment?  Yes, we do wrap by appointment basis only.  Please reach out to us here to review your wrapping needs and to make the appropriate arrangements.
  5.  What are the charges?  We view every wrapping assignment as customized, so specific pricing will always be quoted before beginning.  However, to find our estimated pricing, click here.
  6. Are there minimum charges?  Yes, we have a minimum charge of $25 plus tax.
  7. Do you do pickup/dropoffs?   Please reach out to us here to discuss any requests for pickup/dropoff.
  8. What is included in the wrapping charges?  We will include the wrapping paper, tissue paper and an embellishment.  If a box, or any other items are required, there may be an extra charge.  Similarly if there is a rush, an extra charge may apply.  
  9. What is regular vs deluxe wrapping?  Deluxe wrapping is the same as regular wrapping with the exception that a higher quality material or embellishment is included.
  10. What is specialty wrapping?  Specialty wrapping is when we use a specific technique such as pleats, kimono style, etc.  Specialty wrapping quotes can be requested at judy@wrappinghappy.ca
